Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the DHC website, the paid-access request process, and any KAi service made available to you by Digital Human Corporation.
Last Updated: July 15, 2026
Current stage: access requests only
KAi private beta is closed. DHC is accepting requests for a future paid, English-first, capacity-limited access wave. No payment is collected through the access list today.
Read the current access and billing status1. Acceptance
By using the DHC website, submitting an access request, or using KAi after receiving access, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
2. Eligibility
KAi is for adults aged 18 or older. The first paid access wave is expected to be English-first and may be limited by country, payment availability, capacity, or operational readiness. You must provide accurate information and use an account only for yourself unless DHC explicitly permits otherwise.
3. What KAi is and is not
KAi is a private AI continuity service for reflection and everyday support. She is not therapy, medical care, crisis or emergency support, diagnosis, treatment, a dating service, an NSFW or adult-content service, an AI girlfriend product, a roleplay toy, a productivity workspace, or a business assistant. Do not rely on KAi for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service immediately.
4. Access requests and staged invitations
Joining the paid-access list places your request in the staged invitation line; it is not a purchase, reservation, free-access promise, discount, or immediate access. DHC reviews requests manually so invitations can open gradually as language support, country availability, product readiness, safety, support capacity, and service capacity allow. We will communicate clearly as each person's turn comes.
5. Paid subscriptions
KAi is a recurring software subscription delivered through her web application and supported client apps. Customers purchase access to the software, not consulting or professional services. If you receive an invitation, the price, billing interval, taxes, usage or access limits, payment provider, renewal terms, and material service conditions will be shown before you pay. No free tier, free trial, or free credits are promised. A subscription begins only after you affirmatively complete the checkout presented to you.
6. Cancellation and refunds
When paid subscriptions open, you will be able to cancel future renewal through the payment route provided at purchase. Cancellation normally applies to future billing and does not itself reverse a completed charge. Refund eligibility, if any, will follow the terms shown before purchase, the rules of the payment provider or app store, and applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use DHC services to break the law, harm or exploit another person, generate or distribute illegal content, probe or bypass security, automate abusive requests, interfere with service operation, access another person's account, reverse engineer protected systems except where law expressly permits, or resell access without written permission.
8. Availability and changes
KAi is capacity-managed and may change as DHC improves reliability, privacy, safety, quota, and support systems. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. DHC does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and may restrict access to protect users, infrastructure, or the integrity of the service.
9. Intellectual property
DHC content, branding, software, KAi, the ANiMUS Engine, and related systems are owned by or licensed to Digital Human Corporation and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms grant only the limited right to use an available service as intended; they do not transfer ownership. You retain any rights you already hold in material you submit. You grant DHC the limited rights needed to process that material, provide and secure the service, create continuity for your account, and meet legal obligations. KAi outputs and derived experiential memory may reflect your inputs but do not transfer ownership of DHC systems, models, software, or methods.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DHC services are provided without warranties that they will meet every individual need or produce a particular outcome. Digital Human Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
