Participation in our beta programs (KAi Beta, Vanguard) is by invitation only. Beta software is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We may terminate or modify the beta program at any time without notice.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Digital Human Corporation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The ANiMUS Engine and KAi are proprietary technologies of DHC.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Human Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
