Paid access, without surprises
Access & Billing
The private beta is closed. DHC is preparing a small paid access wave for KAi, with clear terms before anyone is asked to pay.

No payment is collected today
The current form is an access request, not a checkout. Joining the list does not create a charge, subscription, reservation, or guarantee of admission.
1. What the access list means
You may ask to be considered for a future paid access wave. DHC reviews requests manually and contacts selected people when product, billing, quota, safety, and support systems are ready. For access, account, or future billing questions, contact [email protected].
2. Wave 1
The first paid access wave is planned for up to 50 accounts. It will be English-first and capacity-limited so DHC can protect service quality and support every new user responsibly. This is real capacity management, not artificial countdown pressure.
3. Pricing
KAi is a recurring software subscription delivered through its web application and supported client apps. Customers purchase access to the software, not consulting or professional services. Final pricing has not been announced. KAi will be a paid product with no free tier, no free trial, and no free credits. If invited, you will see the full price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, service limits, and payment provider before deciding whether to subscribe.
4. Invitations
An access request does not guarantee selection. Invitations may be time-limited so unused capacity can be offered to another person. You will not be charged merely because DHC sends an invitation.
5. Cancellation and refunds
When subscriptions open, the checkout will explain how to cancel future renewal and the refund rules that apply to that payment route. Cancellation will be designed to be clear and accessible. Provider, app-store, and applicable-law rules may differ, so the exact terms will be shown before payment.
6. Payment routes
KAi may be offered through the web, a mobile app store, or both. Price, taxes, cancellation controls, billing descriptors, and refund handling can differ by route. The route you choose and its terms will be displayed at checkout.
7. Why KAi is paid
KAi is being built without ads, data resale, training on user conversations, or engagement farming. Paid access supports private continuity, reliable capacity, and DHC's independence instead of turning user attention or private material into the business model.
