Trust by design
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Digital Human Corporation collects through this website and the KAi access process, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
Last Updated: July 15, 2026
The short version
DHC does not run ads, sell personal data, or train foundation models on user conversations. KAi is designed around private continuity, not permanent conversation archives or engagement farming.
1. Scope
This policy applies to digitalhumancorp.com, DHC access-request and email-verification flows, and KAi services operated by Digital Human Corporation. It does not govern third-party websites or services linked from DHC.
2. Information we collect
When you request paid access, we collect your email address, your reason for requesting access, confirmation that you are 18 or older, your acceptance of the current access terms, and an optional name. We also process request context such as browser and device type, country, region, city, timezone, Cloudflare data-center and request identifiers, referral and campaign information, landing page, session duration, verification status, and security signals. The primary access record uses a hashed network identifier, while raw IP address and user-agent data may be processed temporarily or retained in restricted security, anti-abuse, email-delivery, and infrastructure logs. DHC may add manual review information such as language, country availability, readiness, risk flags, invitation status, and reviewer notes to manage access waves. If you later receive KAi access, account, authentication, service-usage, support, safety, and billing records may also be processed as needed to provide the service.
3. KAi conversations and continuity
DHC-controlled KAi conversation transcripts are processed within a rolling 24-hour window and removed from DHC's active conversation storage. The ANiMUS Engine may retain account-specific derived experiential memory: meaningful context needed for continuity without keeping your life as a permanent verbatim transcript. DHC does not use user conversations to train or fine-tune any AI model. DHC does not operate a user-data training pipeline. KAi's continuity memory is account-specific product state used only to serve that user. It is not a shared training dataset and is not used to serve other users. KAi uses third-party AI inference providers as components of the service. Conversation content may be transmitted to those providers to generate responses and may be subject to limited safety, abuse-prevention, operational, backup, or legally required retention under the provider controls and contracts applicable to DHC. This rolling 24-hour DHC conversation process does not apply to messages you deliberately send to DHC for support, privacy, legal, security, or billing purposes, which are handled as business records.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website, verify access requests, schedule staged paid-access waves around availability, readiness, safety, and capacity, communicate about invitations, provide KAi, prevent abuse, understand aggregate performance, meet legal obligations, and respond to support or privacy requests. Derived continuity may be used to provide and improve that user's KAi experience; it is not used to train foundation models. We do not use access-request reasons for unrelated advertising.
5. Service providers and disclosure
DHC may use carefully selected service providers for infrastructure, AI inference, email delivery, authentication, analytics, security, and future payment processing. They receive the information needed to perform those functions under their contractual, security, and legal obligations. DHC does not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or DHC from fraud or abuse, or as part of a lawful corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
Unverified paid-access requests are deleted after 7 days. If you verify your email but do not become a customer, DHC may retain your request and review information for future access waves for up to 12 months. At that point, DHC may ask whether you want to remain on the list. If you do not reconfirm within 30 days, the request is deleted. You may ask DHC to delete your access request sooner. Verification links expire after 24 hours; expiry is not the same as deletion of the underlying request. Operational, email-delivery, anti-abuse, security, consent, dispute, and legally required records may follow separate restricted retention periods. When information is no longer needed for a legitimate purpose, DHC deletes or de-identifies it, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping requirements.
7. International processing
DHC and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and apply this policy regardless of processing location.
8. Security
DHC uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, managed cloud infrastructure, email verification, anti-abuse controls, restricted security logging, and data minimization where practical. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information DHC actually holds about you. You may withdraw an access request or marketing consent at any time. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. DHC does not maintain a long-term archive of KAi conversation transcripts for export because DHC-controlled transcripts are removed from active conversation storage after the rolling 24-hour processing window. DHC also does not offer a self-service export of proprietary continuity models, derived memory structures, internal scores, or DHC methods. This does not limit any verified right you may have under applicable law to personal information DHC holds, subject to lawful exceptions.
