KAi is a wellbeing companion powered by Google Vertex AI (Gemini LLM). It is delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA) hosted on Cloudflare, with backend services running on Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, D1, and KV.

Infrastructure

KAi is cloud-native from inception. The entire stack runs on Cloudflare’s global serverless platform — no owned servers, zero infrastructure CAPEX. It scales from 1 user to 1 billion without pre-investment, and unit economics remain positive at any volume. The LLM layer is provider-agnostic; Google Vertex AI (Gemini) is the current choice, but DHC is not locked into any single model provider.
